Here's a preview:

Timberly Williams

This is an incredibly honest, blunt (at times) and hopefully resourceful guide. I’ve installed personal anecdotes where I think it’s helpful, but want this to feel more like a guide than a confessional, though there’s a bit of both.NB: This is primarily for journalists (3+ year experience) and non-fiction writers, but there’s some cross reference for other people in media!

Over the past 2 years, I have been meticulously documenting each step I took to build my freelance career. Now, in this 70-page guide, I am sharing the full account of that journey; including the parts nobody talks about publicly. It's packed with honest insights, earnings breakdowns ($$), and all the best resources I've discovered.

This is the guide I wished I'd had when I first went solo.

To celebrate its publication, and to bring some of those stories to life, I'm hosting an exclusive Q&A at Loom Club in Angel (London). I'll be joined in conversation by 2 top London editors. We'll be talking about how to crack the big publications and swapping industry secrets.

The guide will be available for pre-release on Monday 16th March. It's free for event attendees, or £55 full price.
